I’m an engineering lead at Anchorage Digital, in New York.
I work across AI platforms, engineering operations and enterprise technology. The common thread is what engineers can actually reach for on a given Tuesday: documentation, sane defaults, and removing the reasons a good tool goes unused.
I came up through product and engineering, so I’ve been on both ends of a handoff enough times to know where things get dropped.
Much of the job is the machinery underneath the org. How a quarter gets planned. What we measure and what we only claim to measure. Which meetings are load-bearing.
I have a reputation for arguing with the status quo. Mostly fair. The teams I’ve worked with were rarely short on talent; they were short on a clear path.
